Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ConneqtOS when you use our service.

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ConneqtOS ("Service", "we", "us"), operated by LeadConneqt ("Company"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
ConneqtOS is a cloud-based work management platform with boards, automations, a REST API, and team collaboration features. We provide the Service "as is" with reasonable care and skill.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password safe.
- Do not share login credentials. Use invites to add teammates.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate contact information, especially your email.
4. Plans, pricing, and billing
- Current pricing: Free / Pro $9/seat/mo / Business $19/seat/mo / Enterprise custom.
- Paid plans are per-seat and billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- Annual plans are discounted ~20% and billed for the full year upfront. Partial refunds not available for annual commits, but you can cancel to stop future renewal.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added at checkout where applicable.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via Admin → Billing.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the Free plan.
- Failed payments: your subscription moves to "past due". After 14 days of non-payment, paid features are disabled; data is retained for 30 days before downgrade.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or to violate anyone's rights
- Send spam via our email system or abuse the webhook action
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' data
- Scrape or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what's permitted by our API
- Resell the Service without our written permission
- Upload malware, CSAM, or content you don't have the right to share
- Probe, scan, or load-test without written permission (security researchers: email security@leadconneqt.com)
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Your data, your rights
You own the content you upload (boards, items, comments, attachments). We claim no license except what's needed to operate the Service (store, back up, display to you, transmit to subprocessors as necessary). We act as a data processor for your content under our DPA.
You can export all your data at any time via Profile → Privacy & Data → Export my data.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service itself (code, design, branding, trademarks) is our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
8. Service level & uptime
We target 99.5% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance. We do not currently offer contractual SLAs on Free, Pro, or Business plans, Enterprise customers may negotiate specific SLAs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (loss of profit, data, business).
This limitation does not apply to: (a) our indemnification obligations, (b) liability for fraud or willful misconduct, (c) liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Admin → Billing.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
- Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export or reactivation, then permanently delete it (audit logs and tax records kept longer per retention policy).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects consumer rights you may have under local mandatory law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
